I think through the lens of dimensionality and higher‑order derivatives, and I believe the two are deeply intertwined. Optimizing for higher‑order derivatives requires the dimensionality to see them in the first place.
On the axes most people track, they look like standing still. On the long horizon of a life, nothing matters more.
